How to use our ticket/billing system.

1. After logging in here (or go to Veranogmedia.com, and click "Login")
2. Click on the tab on the top that says "Support"
3. Click "Create new ticket."
4. Fill in whatever you need done on your website, just like you normally would if you were sending us an email.
6. Itemizing your requested changes will also make it easier for us.
7. Of course, you should assign all website changes to the projects department. If it is a support question, then you can choose the support department.

You can see, and keep track of any change that needs to be made on your website, as well as change or add to it. Using this system automates everythign a little more, thereby brign you savings and faster turn-around time.
